Welcome New Parishioners – Hosting a reception after our 10 am Mass four times a year to greet and meet new parishioners, members of this ministry provide refreshments and information about the San Agustin Community. Home visits are made by request.
Sunday Morning Hospitality – Donuts and hot and cold beverages are offered following our Sunday morning Masses. This ministry sets-up and cleans-up these refreshments.
Pancake Breakfasts – About six Sundays a year (during our summer months) we enjoy a pancake breakfast on the patio following morning Masses. This involves planning and preparation, cooking, set-up and clean-up.

Altar Society Holiday Mass & Luncheon
Held on a Thursday during the early party of December, the parish Altar Society hosts a festive holiday mass and luncheon. Mass is held at 11am followed by a delicious catered luncheon complete with champagne, appetizers and dessert. Christmas carols are sung and there is a wonderful prize drawing and the popular holiday table centerpiece raffle as well! The Altar Society can always use extra help obtaining donations, prizes, setting up, serving and of course cleaning up for this fun, holiday event.

Parish Fiesta
The San Agustin Fiesta is a long standing annual event which offers a carnival type atmosphere, a delicious barbeque and family entertainment for our parish and the surrounding community. The range of ministry opportunities is awesome, including planning and preparation, adult and teen volunteers working game booths and stations and significant set-up and clean-up. This event is usually held in early September, the Sunday after Labor Day.
