VOLUNTEERS:
Vincentians seek—through prayer, meditation on the scriptures, teachings of the church and experiences in daily life and in relationship with those in need—to bear witness to the love of Christ. In a spirit of justice and charity and through person to person involvement, our local Society of Saint Vincent de Paul help those who are suffering with material or moral help, according to the individual’s particular needs and circumstances. Members of this organization offer assistance to those in need at our parish every Wednesday from 11am to 2pm. Volunteers arrive early to set-up food and support stations and get ready to greet and help those who come to seek assistance and a place of peace. The group also holds member meetings to help plan and discuss the food pantry, volunteers and how to better serve those in our community in need of assistance.
